Orders

All dates are not booked until there is a 50% NON-refundable retainer payment made. Once a date is booked, no refunds will be made for cancellations made by clients. Retainer Payments are Non-transferable. In case of cancellations needed to be made by Sweets by Shyee, full refunds will be submitted in the same fashion the retainer/payment was made.

Please book dates as soon as possible with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice for cake, or themed cookies.

Remaining balance is due up to 1 week before the order is due.
*2 weeks-notice does not guarantee the date to be available. * 

Please place orders for all other items with a minimum of 1 week notice.

*There will be a rush order fee of $40 added to any orders for cakes ordered with less than 2 weeks notice. 

Order pick-ups during weekdays are between 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.

Order pick-ups during weekend days are between 9:30 am- 11:00 am or an agreed upon date and time.

After an order has been made, there will be no changes to the order within 3 days of when the order is due.

Venmo, Square, PayPal, credit card payments and cash.

Please be advised that all baked goods or sweet treats are produced in a home kitchen with appliances and tools that have or may have come in contact with or contain Allergens (Wheat, soy, gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish).

Every order is made to order in a home kitchen. Sweets by Shyee appreciates each person that supports this small business.
